Vantage Mobility International, LLC (Vantage Mobility) is recalling certain 2017 Chrysler Pacifica lowered floor vans modified by Vantage Mobility for wheelchair accessibility. The affected vans have rear brake lines that might have been crossed during the modification. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems."

Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. Park Assist ECU (WK & RU) The customer may describe that if the park assist system is ON, pressing the LED button will not turn the system OFF. The customer may also experience a flicker in the graphics or chimes. If the park assist system is OFF, pressing the LED button will not turn the system ON. When this happens the park assist feature is disabled. If the issue detailed above is what you are seeing, reflash park assist module to newest software as per the latest Service Bulletin available.
