ServiceNews Article - We have received information from the vendor (Alpine) that display panels are being replaced for cracks on the center display screen. When they review these parts, they're finding that an aftermarket screen protector had been installed and that the screen protector is cracked. So, if you have a center display that appears to have a cracked screen, confirm that it does not have an aftermarket screen protector installed. If installed, remove it, and then check if the center display screen itself is cracked.

Dealer Message - American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching for certain 2019-2020 Passports, Pilots & Ridgelines with a customer complaint of a blower motor noise. The noise can be described as a high pitch or a whistle noise. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.

"Service Bulletin - The PCM software may misinterpret sensor inputs as a deteriorated catalytic converter. Additionally, debris from the high pressure pump or the fuel injector machining process can cause internal wear or clogging inside one or more injectors. One or more of the following DTCs may be stored: - P0420 (rear bank catalyst system efficiency below threshold [bank 1]) - P0430 (front bank catalyst system efficiency below threshold [bank 2]) - P0300-P0306 (misfire) - P219A (air-fuel ratio variation of cylinder [bank 1, rear bank]) - P219B (air-fuel ratio variation of cylinder [bank 2, front bank]) American Honda is extending the warranty on these repairs to 10 years from the original date of purchase or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first."
