2016-2020 TITAN/TITAN XD; TRANSFER CASE SEAL SERVICE PARTS SERVICE INFORMATION The front ouput seal, rear output seal and input seal are available as service parts (see page 2). If a transfer case is leaking from either the input or output seals, first check the fluid to confirm that it is not low, discolored, and/or has an abnormal smell. If the fluid condition indicates that the transfer case has been damaged, the transfer case should be replaced. If the fluid condition is ok, replace only the leaking seal. ï· Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for the appropriate seal replacement: TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE > DRIVELINE > TRANSFER: TX91A. NOTE: Over-repair of the transfer case by replacement may be grounds for warranty chargeback.
