Lifting & safety
Car ramps
Drive up, chock the rear wheels, slide under. The simplest lift for oil changes.

Where to buy
02
Why you need it
- For a straight oil change, ramps are faster than a jack and stands and have nothing to bleed down.
- No lift points to find and no pinch welds to crush: the tires carry the load.
- Stackable and light enough to hang on a wall.
03
What to look for
- Gross vehicle weight rating, not just per-ramp rating. Most plastic ramps are good to 12,000 lb GVW.
- Approach angle: low cars need a long, shallow ramp or an extender so the bumper clears.
- Tire width: wide performance tires can overhang narrow ramps.
- Rubber feet or a textured underside so the ramp does not shoot forward on smooth concrete.
